Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to have your orders packed and out for delivery within 2-7 business days. If you need your order sooner, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate your request. We do not offer a refund for shipping costs unless the product is returned, or an error was made on our part. We are not responsible for any delays caused by weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Faulty Product:
At BYREN, we take extortionary steps to ensure all products sold by us are of a high-quality standard. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right and replace the item. We have a 14 day return policy on all faulty items which means you have 14 days upon receiving your order to make contact regarding a return request, you can contact us at byrenhome@gmail.com. We kindly ask that you provide us with proof of purchase to be able to complete a return request, if for some reason you cannot do so, we unfortunately will not be able to proceed with the return process. If your request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we have received and inspected the item we will let you know of the outcome. Faulty items will be replaced with the same working product however, if the item is out of stock we will offer a refund which will be automatically refunded onto your original payment method.
Change of Mind:
We understand that things happen, if for some reason you change your mind on an already purchased item our 14-day policy applies, and you are encouraged to contact us immediately after receiving your order. We kindly ask that you provide proof of your order if you are not able to do so, we unfortunately will not be able to proceed with a returns requests. We ask that you return the item in the same condition as you received it. If returns are damaged, used, or packaging has been opened, the return will not be processed nor will it be returned. If your return is approved, you will receive a store credit.
Expectations:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
